Site Visit & Assessment

Our team conducts a site visit before every installation to assess ground conditions, access routes, and determine the correct setup for your property. The site visit fee starts from KSh 10,000 and varies by distance from Nairobi. This visit ensures accurate costing of onsite labour — for example, an elevated stilt installation requires more structural work than a ground-level placement, and costs are quoted accordingly.
